While we are sending status of bookings, we will share time limit for deposit to suppliers, failing time limit may cause of cancellation of our confirmed bookings by our suppliers. In that condition we will not be responsible and we will not honor our previous quotation. To reinstate, the same booking, maybe cost will be changed; it will totally be depending by our suppliers (Hotels, transport, airlines, railways, etc.). This should be followed strictly.

All the packages are sold under the business management of Incredible India Tours, and the company reserve the right to cancel or to alter any package condition if required. Neither Incredible India Tours nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accidents or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action, illness, bad weather, strikes/ riots, war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, road block, acts of gods, acts of government or of any authorities etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen condition.
In an unlikely event of customer being dissatisfied of over services, it should be brought to the notice of the company immediately during travelling period for rectification. No post tour complaints will be considered.
